Flymo has been a leading lawnmower brand in the UK for 50 years and introduced the electric hover lawnmower to the market. Hovering over the lawn on a bed of air, the metal blade of these mowers cuts through grass quickly and efficiently. This hovering motion also makes them easy to manoeuvre, as there are no wheels to get stuck.
The Flymo Easi Glide 300 is an electric hover mower with a powerful 1300 W motor. It connects to the mains with a 12 m long cable. This model comes with a 30 cm cutting width, making it suitable for small gardens (less than 50 m²), and 4 cutting height steps, between 10 and 30 mm, giving you a choice of grass length. In a small garden, the 20 L bin should only require emptying once you have finished cutting the grass.
These machines tend to take up a lot of space in a garden shed, but thanks to the Easi Glide's fold down handle, it packs down nicely, leaving space for other tools. It also has a useful back handle for carrying out to the lawn. Carrying it a short distance shouldn't be a problem as it weighs only 8.8 kg.
