Why all the artificial colours???
Great product, my only complaint is the amount of artificial colours used in this, I used the lemon and lime what tastes great. But I couldn't wash the green stain out of my fingers for days, if this small amount has stained my fingers this bad what's it doing to my insides?? keep the taste and remove the colours it's really not needed Myprotein. Goes Well With:Essential amino acids

Too sweet
The taste of watermelon isn't unpleasant as such but it is so sweet it made me feel sick and I couldn't drink it and certainly not while training. I tried to add more water to dilute the taste but it was still too sickly. A more subtle flavour would be welcome.

I am usually fussy when it comes to writing reviews and the product usually has to be outstanding. I started taking this product just under a year ago, with minimum muscle mass, 10 months and 1250g of bcaa 4:1:1 later with on and off exercise there is increased muscle mass and more definition, something I haven't been able to do with years of same routine. It also helps in recovery as I don't ache as much My favourite flavours are watermelon and Rasberry lemonade (tropical and berry blast found on another link) A massive thumbs upGoes Well With:Water

Not Good
I don't think I've ever needed to complain about a product here, but the Blue Raspberry flavour iBCAA is horrible. The amount of colouring in it can't be good for you either. I can't stand the stuff so can't comment on if it works. Also, my Berry Blast flavour has gone from the 4:1:1 BCAA, which is disappointing.

Effective but weird colour
+ Mixes well with water - lemon and lime flavour is far too sweet, I was expecting something sharper when it's a lemon and lime flavour. - THE COLOUR - it's a scary green as others have mentioned, a result of the e numbers (tartrazine and brilliant FCF). Wary of continued use of the product, due to the tartrazine used for the colour, which I only realised was in it after I bought it. (It's banned in some countries!)Goes Well With:Water or the bin.

No longer mixes
This product is described as instant mixing. This is no longer true. The last 2 packets that I have received don't mix at all. You used to be able to add to a cup of milk and mix instantly, but now no matter how long you stir now, it just sits on the top of the cup and tastes like bitter chalk. It is total mis representation. Might just as well save money and buy the cheaper stuff. NOT IMPRESSED Goes Well With:Absolutely nothing.

The colouring is scary
Bought lemon and lime flavoured bcaa and the colour IS VERY SCARY. stopped using the product and wasted a whole 1 kg of it for fear of the health implications of the colourings.
