Please read ingredients before makng purchases
This product has no effect on the body at all. if you research the ingredients used they have no benefits for the body to perform better when working out. Stick to non caffeinated pre workout if your looking for a supplement to take for late workouts.

Boom!!
Used this for the 1st time and I'd say it was an amazing boost. Its flavourless so no after taste in the mouth, plus no buzz or tingling as reviewed for the powder version. I had a slight headache the next day but unsure if it was because of this, but overall seems good.Goes Well With:Water/ Juice

NOT AS expected
I would give a go for the capsules version of this product and they are not as the powder product which really give you the pump. I started taking 2 tablet before my workout, then I have increased to 3 capsuled. I took 5 capsules in one go but unfortunately nothing has happened. This is just my personal review. Goes Well With:N/A

When you want to go further
Does what it says on the tin, everyone's tolerance is different so you may need to tweak the dose in moderation, obviously sticking to the product label. I'm a big guy so need a bit more than the average Joe (300 + lbs). Don't use it expecting miracles, you need to put the work in to get the results. It's an aid, not a solution.Goes Well With:I stack with Nutropics, Preworkout and glucosamine and cyslic dextrin intra for those heavy days.

That little boost
Works for me. I train at 6 in the morning and need that little boost to train. I take with a double expresso when I wake. No crashing after like some PWOs. I notice the difference when you don’t take it. Goes Well With:Caffeine

The pump capsules
Tried these as something different, definitely help with workouts, I find I have alot more energy to complete more complex workouts, little aftertaste but not horrid, easy to swallow capsules, will be purchasing again

Good but…
Its good and pumps are fine but if you haven't had a meal anywhere near consumption it has some questionable after burps…Goes Well With:Some citrulline malate

Pump pre workout
Fantastic results, i blew up! Pump was epic! Blood flow double with the capillaries having more oxygen, now too cut a bit now. Would buy again.
