Best protein bar on the market
Pro Bar Elite is hands down the best protein bar I have ever tried. The taste is second to none (like a healthy Snickers bar); and the macronutrient profile is well balanced (with good source of fibre - something which is missing from pretty much all the other Myprotein bars - as a side note I recommend you avoid the 'ZERO' bar, with it's '25g' of fibre claim - they caused my significant GI distress). Macros are good, Taste is great, would definitely recommend! Protein per calorie is always the first criteria and although the over all caloric count is higher than average it is complimented by more protein. Taste is great. There are seemingly not any reasons to eat regular chocolate anymore, unless you want to stay fat and oblivious. One thing though, I received a batch were the weight of each bar varied from 50-68g. I don't normally get tied up in stupid details but I noticed the shape of one of the bars was completely off, it literally looked like someone had taken a bite off of it. Sure enough, it weighed in at 50g. This made me curious enough to weigh the rest and the inconsistency was remarkable. That being said, I'm sticking with these. Their by far the best available from where I'm ordering. Goes Well With:People who don't think questbar is the holy grail of protein bars: people who actually like good snacks.

Don’t bother
Tried the caramel hazelnut. Extremely chemically tasting. The texture wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the flavour. Best part about it is that it’s 26g of protein in a sort of treat bar.

I was looking forward to my first MyProtein product. Elite protein bars. Good taste BUT that is where it ends. If you want churning guts carry on. Flatulence unlimited. God knows what causes it, probably the amount of sugar substitutes. Some other reviewers have commented on this. These bars are a big disappointment. Tastes Awful
Bought the Hazelnut Caramel flavour, first time trying these bars. At first the bars seem solid and easy to bite into. Thats where anything positive ends. You can instantly taste unnatural flavours most probably from all the substitutes used and they almost taste “acidic”. I imagined they would taste similar to nutella or snickers being hazelnut but this makes the texture and taste even worse. Extremely disappointed with these bars and I have bought many from here without a complaint. Felt something needed to be said as they are so bad. Eat them for the macros but do not expect this flavour to taste nice whatsoever.Goes Well With:A drink to wash down the taste.

A good alternative of the unhealthy chocolate bars
If you are searching some alternative for the typical unhealthy chocolate you can find in a store, search no more... You found it. Delicious, tasty, healthy and has a good amount of protein, so if you are hungry just grab one until your next meal, and give yourself a pleasure by eat a snack without cheating Goes Well With:Coffee

Great tasting zero cardboard
Best protein bar ive taken. Caramel, hazelnut one was delicious. Tasted a bit like a snickers with extra caramel. Definitely beat the sweet craving aswell as serving as a low sugar. Wont be buying another brand after this Goes Well With:Mid morning coffee

Great taste, great texture, great price!!
Nougat topped with a layer of toffee sprinkled with hazelnuts and finally coated all round in chocolate... really really tasty bars, no horrible aftertaste and the perfect balance of textures! Highly recommend! Goes Well With:On it’s own for breakfast or as a pre/post gym snack!

Great taste, macros questionable
This bar is the perfect treat. It's super sweet and the texture is great. It is literally like eating a store bought chocolate bar but with great protein content. If you are looking for great macros though it probably isn't for you. Very low fibre content for a protein bar (see MyProtein Zero bar range for a comparison) and also the presence of palm oil might bother some people. Wouldn't consume as my daily bar but will be my go-to Friday night treat with a cup tea.Goes Well With:A cup of tea.
