Daler-Rowney Lyra Aquacolor Water-Soluble Wax Crayons Pack of 12

The Lyra Aquacolor water-soluble wax crayons are ideal for use in the most demanding applications.

The crayons are extremely highly pigmented which results in striking colour brilliancy and high lightfastness. They are water-soluble and easy to blend, allowing an almost unlimited range of shades and the high concentration of pigments give brilliant colours and resistance to fading so they can be used dry or alternatively diluted with water.

Used dry like standard oil pastels they allow soft, rich, mellow strokes that can be blended and mixed with your finger or once water is applied it is possible obtain the delicate shaded tones of water colours, both techniques can be combined to create both strong and subtle effects.
